Happy New Year

~Sold, Thank you so very much~

Holy smokes it's freezing out. It's downright BITTER COLD!!!! it's snowing and the wind is slamming into the side of the house so hard I'm worried it may actually break a window! I've put more wood on the fire today than I have so far this year( kidding of course, but it sure feels that way)!!!

Our original plans for the evening have changed due to the snow and horrible cold..who the heck wants to be out and about in this kind of weather..not me, thank you very much!!! We were originally going to go to The Iron Lantern for dinner and then come home and then just before midnight strap on our snow shoes and go for a walk ..well, I guess that is NOT going to happen!! We are now staying in by the fire..making homemade pizzas, drinking wine and playing scrabble! Sounds good to me!
~Sold, Thank you so very much~

Whatever your plans are for tonight...be safe, stay warm and enjoy the night! Oh and don't forget to check out Simply Primitives tomorrow..I'll be offering the two lovelies pictured in this post!

Wishing you all a healthy, happy, prosperous and joyful New Year!!!

Hugs,
D

Doreen,

How well I remember some frozen years back there in Vermont. I am happy to say that our Portland, Oregon weather is back to normal. "I was dreaming of a wet Christmas, just like the ones we used to know..." The rain is intact in the rain forest. Much warmth and joy to you in gorgeous and cozy in the winter, Vermont! The happiest of New Years to you and yours!!!
XO,
Zwee!!!!!

Hi Doreen ~ Oh I'm so jealous of your snow! I love all the pictures you post. Here in PA we haven't got much snowfall yet. By the time it comes I'll be in the mood for spring flowers. Thanks for your kind sweet comments. I was actually visiting your blog last night and thinking the same thing. It's just lovely ~ everything about it. You put a lot of time into your work and it shows. Happy New Year to you and your family! Hugs and blessings, Jenn
