~Simply Primitives Offerings & A Sneak Peek~

Good morning everyone! Tis such a beautiful morning here! I wanted to share a couple of things with you this morning...first, this month on Simply Primitives I am offering these lovely little Sweet Annie Seed boxes. They are packed FULL of fragrant Sweet Annie seeds ready for planting. If you've never grown Sweet Annie, let me tell you, you will not be disappointed...it is amazing... easy to grow, hardy and smells incredible. I have some planted along the front porch and along the deck on the back of the house and when the slightest breeze blows in the summertime, the house is filled with it's wonderful fragrance.

Next I wanted to show you a little sneak peek of one of the things I'm working on for the Grand Opening of ~Early Work Mercantile~I am loving the way this young lady is coming to life!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Speaking of The Mercantile...we are getting close and I'm so excited!!!! We now have 27 Artists signed up to participate!!! I'm thrilled! It's a lot of work...& I absoultely love it!
I'm off now to take my morning walk, then I am determined to do Yoga this morning...which i've put on the back burner far to often in the past couple of weeks..then I'm going to throw some scalloped potoatos and ham in the crockpot (need to use that leftover ham from Easter) and then I'm headed into the studio!
Have an absolutely wonderful day everyone!
Hugs,
D
Hi Doreen! I'm so sorry to read about the cyst. That is so painful. Maybe you should just put off your chores today and relax a little...order a pizza for dinner and watch Miss Potter :) I'm looking forward to the Grand Opening. Your lady looks lovely, can't wait to see her!
Take care of yourself and have a good weekend! xoxo Jenn
this is a wonderful site Doreen! My first visit! I have 13 years or so in primitive folk art. I have a very rustic side, and revisit it often. I will be back!
