~The Colors Of Autumn~

Merry Thursday To You. A crackling fire, fresh brewed coffee and the promise of a crisp & sunny day greet us on this 3rd day of October...Tis perfect. I do apologize for my skipping my daily greeting yesterday, we are in the midst of staining the exterior of our home along with painting all the trim this week, as Mark is on Vacation, and it is consuming my time. We are changing the colors ...a deep brown will cover the entire house (Cordova Brown) a beautiful tan for the trim (Hickory Nut) and a lovely spicey orange/red will grace our door (Portsmouth Spice)...it is looking positively beautiful. I shall share a better photo when we are finished. SO exciting.... however, this IS the reason why I have delayed my web show by a few days.

IN THE HARVEST STUDIO.....Black cats and wee witches, wise owls and black pumpkins, brown bears and wee mousers are all slowly but surely coming to life as I prepare for our October 13th web show.

IN THE HARVEST KITCHEN............Oven apple pancake & fresh bacon for dinner this evening :)

Wishing you the merriest of days. :)Doreen

Hi Doreen,

The house looks wonderful, so inviting. I wish we could slow down time now and linger through Christmas.

Have a wonderful Thursday.
