~Satisfying & Simple~

GLAD TIDINGS. Tuesday has dawned with abundant thick freezing fog here in Vermont & slippery roads abound once again as do the heavy clouds that have settled themselves in for a stay. Just the kind of weather I savor....now if we would just have another good snow storm I would be in heaven! They do say they are watching one that possibly may arrive on Monday...fingers crossed!!!

IN THE HARVEST STUDIO.....I am BUSY, BUSY, BUSY... finishing up moppets for Thursday's web show, working on custom orders, pouring beeswax and writing patterns. Such merriment is taking place in the Harvest Studio to be sure!  Speaking of patterns...this stocking you see here will be available, as a pattern and finished piece, on Thursday. :)

IN THE HARVEST KITCHEN.....Homemade turkey soup is simmering on the stove, giving the house an amazing and cozy aroma. Homemade rolls will accompany our satisfying and simple dinner on the chilly New England evening.

Wishing you the merriest of days. :)Doreen

P.S. That punch needle mitten is just beautiful :-) I wish I knew how to needle punch, it's one thing I have never tried.. Maybe after the holidays I will give it a try :-)

Hi Doreen,

We had our first snow since moving to Western NC on Thanksgiving Eve day and it was wonderful. I know I have missed snow but when I saw it actually snowing I had tears in my eyes, happiness tears.

Enjoy your day.
