~Monday, May 12th...SPRING has arrived~

~Greetings. This glorious Monday has dawned with brilliant sun shine and gloriously warm temperatures. The tree's have donned their leaves, flowers are in bloom, birds are twittering about & the Hummingbirds and Baltimore Orioles have arrived. It would appear Spring has finally taken control and sent Winter scurrying off! :) Oh, how could you not LOVE this gorgeous time of year!

IN THE STUDIO.....much to do this week! Bears to stitch, watercolor classes and time with my hoop and needle. I've also some new and exciting things in the works tho tis too soon to mention them just yet! :) I am working with a bit of a hindrance however :(. I seem to have injured my foot somehow. It is many shades of blue, purple & red, swollen and giving me quite a lot of paint. I am off to the doctors this afternoon...let us hope it is nothing major as I do not have time for such things!!

IN THE KITCHEN.....Homemade spinach and shallot quiche for dinner this evening :).

Wishing you a merry day.

If it's bruised on the top of your foot you may have torn the Plantar Fascia (sp), being an ex-runner all I can say is "been there, done that".

Hope you are more comfortable after seeing the doctor. Rest& Ice.

I am sorry you are having curry with your foot. I quite get the feeling that we haven't time to be sick.
Enjoy the beautiful spring time, we all need to stop and take the breath of air into the beautiful world we live in.
