~Abundance & Joy~

~Goode day to you.  Tis positively lovely here in Vermont.  Summer has arrived and with it, lush greenness, glorious bird song, abundant flowers, the music of fields being mown, hay being baled, crops being planted and life being renewed. So refreshing and soul satisfying. Along with all this abundance & joy in nature comes quite a bit of the same here in the studio.....

Goodness, so many new and wonderful things are happening here at Vermont Harvest Folk Art. Here is just one of the new things I am working on in the studio this week. I have titled it *October Stroll*..I just love it!

A large pile of custom orders has been keeping me oh so busy these last couple of weeks and will continue to do so for a couple more. Along with that, I am beginning to make offerings for my October Open house & create the sample for my Winter workshop, which will take place in Late November (or perhaps early December). I have also been busy filling shop orders who are now carrying my punch needle embroidery patterns (so exciting).
Another bit of exciting news... I am now a member of the Green Mountain Rug Hookers Guild..another direction my punch needle designs are taking me in...oh, how I love this journey I am on :).

Until next time....May your day be filled with abundance & joy ~ Doreen
